• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

• Strong experience in software design and development using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Ability to work within agile development environments and contribute to sprint planning and execution.

• Experience with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and quality assurance practices. Additional Information:
