Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable application components within cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management including coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various software modules effectively.
• Competence in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver cohesive software solutions. Additional Information:

• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
