Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.

Experience in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects tools.

Strong understanding of data integration and data warehousing concepts related to business intelligence.

Ability to optimize and troubleshoot SAP BusinessObjects environments for performance and reliability.

Familiarity with SQL and database management to support data extraction and reporting needs.

Experience working within agile software development frameworks and collaborative team environments.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
