Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing custom enhancements and interfaces within SAP environments.

Ability to optimize code for performance and scalability in complex system landscapes.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting techniques specific to SAP ABAP.

Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
