The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align software capabilities with business objectives is a key aspect, alongside continuous refinement and optimization of software components to meet evolving requirements and performance standards. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management using Ansible.
• Knowledge of cloud service models and deployment strategies within Microsoft Azure environments.
• Ability to design and implement scalable automation workflows to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and version control systems to enhance automation processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize automated deployments and configurations. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
• This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
