Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

• Strong experience in application design and configuration to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within software applications.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
