Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
• Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software design and technical specifications.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software systems to enhance performance and reliability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and client-side development.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modern web technologies.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce components with external systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
