Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain optimal application performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience in designing and configuring custom software applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently address complex software challenges.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to technical discussions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
