Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
• Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience with HANA database integration.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements within SAP environments.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and ability to work effectively in iterative development cycles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP applications and HANA platform.
• Understanding of performance tuning and code optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
