Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of solutions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance to support complex business processes.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MDG implementations and integrations.
• Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver platform and related technologies to support application development and deployment.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
