Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.
• Strong knowledge of financial modules within Oracle EBS and their integration points.
• Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle EBS applications to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
