• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica Big Data Edition.
• Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and best practices within big data environments.
• Experience with designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and workflows.
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and their application in data processing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of data integration solutions.
