As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific business needs. • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
• Strong experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
• Ability to design and implement complex business logic and workflows within the SAP environment.
• Familiarity with cloud-based development and deployment models specific to SAP solutions.
• Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing SAP ABAP code for efficient execution.
• Knowledge of integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems.

• This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
