Job Title: CCM Developer – Quadient Inspire

Experience: 10 to 11 Years (preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CCM Developer with strong expertise in Quadient Inspire to develop, enhance, and maintain customer communication templates. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting customer communications across multiple channels while ensuring high quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire CCM.
• Design and implement document templates for print, email, SMS, and digital communications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and support deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot template-related issues and optimize document performance.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and documentation best practices.
• Support production incidents and implement enhancements as required.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire CCM.
• Strong knowledge of template development and document composition.
• Experience in customer communication management (CCM) solutions.
• Understanding of XML, XSD, XPath, and data mapping.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
