• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
• Experience with integration of contact center solutions within existing business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to contact center applications.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment strategies.
