• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
• Strong knowledge of database management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP HANA environments.
• Experience with backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Ability to monitor system health and optimize resource utilization for high availability.
• Familiarity with security best practices and user access management in database systems.
• Capability to work with database replication and disaster recovery solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
