• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving activities.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Ability to develop and implement complex data models and workflows within the Salesforce platform.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce applications to improve performance and user experience.

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• This position is based at our JPDC3A - NON-STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
