• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of software applications tailored to business needs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization through software enhancements.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application design principles.
• Experience with requirement analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration of software applications within enterprise environments.
