• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI modules to meet specific organizational requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative development and continuous delivery.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting modules.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
