Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless functionality. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the applications are part of the daily routine to maintain optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of trade promotion management processes and their application within Salesforce environments.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional application designs.
• Experience in configuring Salesforce applications to optimize business workflows and enhance user experience.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Salesforce platforms.

• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
