Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with campaign management and customer journey mapping within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and automation workflows.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms and data sources.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and data management within the marketing cloud environment.
• Capability to troubleshoot and optimize marketing campaigns for improved performance.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
