The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts plans to deliver effective and efficient software solutions within the project timeline.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Document design specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
• Experience in application design, development, and configuration using Pega Platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
