Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Experience in configuring and customizing financial modules within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and integration points within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of SAP FI components.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
