• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to ensure alignment of application design with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to streamline project workflows and resolve inter-team challenges.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance.
• Strong understanding of data quality frameworks and compliance requirements related to data management.
• Experience in developing and implementing policies for data security, privacy, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze complex data environments and recommend governance strategies that support business objectives.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms that support data cataloging, metadata management, and data stewardship.
