• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise resource planning environments.
• Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components for performance and scalability.
• Experience in integrating software modules with existing systems to enhance overall functionality.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
