As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications are robust, scalable, and efficient is a key part of the daily routine, along with continuous refinement and adaptation of software components to meet evolving demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Document design specifications and application configurations for future reference and maintenance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline application deployment and management.
