Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and performance.
• Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project tasks and technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with coding best practices and version control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
