Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and update existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
• Document software designs and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
• Strong understanding of algorithm development and optimization techniques related to machine learning.
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering to improve model accuracy.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to integrate machine learning models into scalable software applications.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and debugging in machine learning environments. Additional Information:
