Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process. Your role will require a balance of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the project forward successfully. Roles & Responsibilities:-Interact with and work collaboratively with product teams

Analyze and organize raw data

Build data systems and pipelines

Evaluate business needs and objectives

Interpret trends and patterns

Conduct complex data analysis and report on results

Combine raw information from different sources

Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability

Independently develop solutions (workflows, small apps, and dashboards) on the Skywise platform.-Collaborate with peers from other teams to deliver best in class solutions(workflows, small apps, and dashboards) to end users in the airlines.

Strong airline domain knowledge to engage with airline end users to articulate thepain points / business requirements of the airline end-users.

Create a repository of solutions developed. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Strong knowledge on Python, PySpark, PySQL, Java Script. 2. Good SQL Skills. 3. Experience with integration efforts (packaged and customized applications) from adata analysis perspective 4. Strong business analyst skills, able to work with many different stakeholders toelicit and document requirements 5. Solid customer service skills and interpersonal skills. 6. Critical thinking skills and attention to detail. 7. Good judgment, initiative, commitment and resourcefulness 8. Proficient with Skywise platform and tools e.g. Contour, Code-Workbook,Code,Slate and Ontology definitions. 9.Knowledge of airline and MRO operations (preferred).10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and comfortable discussing technical issues11. Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers.

Additional Information:

The candidate Should have minimum of 4 years of experience with Python Development.

Good to have DELMIA knowledge

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
