Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance.

Continuously assess and improve development processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Professional Technical Skills::Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in DevOps Architecture.

Strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure management.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Ability to implement monitoring and logging solutions for system performance.-Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.-Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.-Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in DevOps Architecture.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
