Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery of solutions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP MDG with other enterprise systems.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data quality and system performance.

• This position is based at our Chennai office.
