Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development with business objectives.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in designing and developing scalable software architectures.
• Strong knowledge of modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
