• Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet evolving business requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle processes including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to build scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Experience in agile methodologies to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within integrated systems.
