As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The engineer acts as the central point of contact, managing priorities and resolving challenges that arise during the development process.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and application configuration within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
• Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet complex business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM implementations and integrations.
• Familiarity with database management and data migration techniques relevant to CRM platforms.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive and effective software solutions.
