Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development workflows and system performance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka.
• Experience with distributed messaging systems and event-driven architecture.
• Strong knowledge of real-time data streaming and processing.
• Familiarity with integration of Apache Kafka with various data sources and sinks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Kafka clusters for high availability and fault tolerance.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Apache Kafka.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
