As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure custom applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with multiple groups to align technical solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of data integration and management within Salesforce environments.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable application architectures.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
