• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of distributed computing and big data technologies.
• Ability to optimize data workflows and pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline development processes.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within cloud environments.
