• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Experience in system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SAP environments.
• Knowledge of database management and operating system fundamentals related to SAP systems.
• Ability to manage SAP system upgrades, patches, and transport management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on ensuring system availability and reliability.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.
