• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any risks or issues that arise.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
• Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within the Pega environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Pega applications.
• Ability to integrate Pega solutions with other enterprise systems and technologies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
