Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
• Strong experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers using Oracle PLSQL.
• Ability to optimize database performance through efficient coding and query tuning.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting database-related issues to ensure application stability.
• Familiarity with database design principles and data modeling concepts related to Oracle databases.
• Capability to work with version control systems and collaborate in a team environment for code management.
