• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management best practices.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications within the SAP MDG framework.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data quality and consistency.
