As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The engineer collaborates with different stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and support seamless business operations. Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical development with problem-solving and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality, customized software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines).
• Strong knowledge of software design principles and application configuration.
• Experience in customizing and integrating cloud-based configure-price-quote solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with business process analysis and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software applications.

• This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
