You will engage in continuous communication with various teams to ensure alignment and smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle, fostering an environment of innovation and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
• Experience in designing and implementing user interfaces that are responsive and user-friendly.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 as they relate to SAP UI5 framework.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the SAP UI5 environment.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles and best practices for application development.
• Experience in integrating SAP UI5 applications with backend services and APIs.
