Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications meet intended goals is a key part of the daily routine, alongside continuous refinement and adaptation of software components to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software designs and configurations.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
