As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Experience in configuring and customizing master data governance processes within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices related to master data.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data governance and application integration.
• Familiarity with workflow design and implementation to support business process automation.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
