• Responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet specific organizational requirements.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
