Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.
• Experience in customizing and integrating IT service management solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ITSM platforms.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline IT service processes.
