Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based warehouse management systems and their integration with enterprise applications.
• Experience in designing scalable software architectures using modern development frameworks.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent understanding of database management and data flow within cloud environments.
