This position requires active engagement in problem-solving and continuous communication with cross-functional teams to ensure that the developed applications support and enhance business processes efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous learning and innovation within the team.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
• Strong experience in designing and developing integrations using Workday Studio.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday integrations.
• Familiarity with web services, XML, XSLT, and related integration technologies.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Workday Studio.
• This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
