• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in debugging and optimizing legacy codebases.
• Ability to design modular and maintainable code for complex business applications.
• Familiarity with database management and integration techniques related to IBM AS/400 environments.

• This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
